Fitzroy Place will provide 235 select apartments in three residential blocks, along with two new office buildings and retail units, all set around a landscaped public garden.
Located on the site of the former Middlesex Hospital in Fitzrovia, the project also includes the restoration of the original building’s Nassau Street façade.

To help ensure the safety of children from the adjacent All Souls Primary School as they cross the road near our site we are sponsoring a crossing patrol until works are completed.
A solar thermal unit is being used to supplement the hot water for our welfare facilities which also benefit from rainwater recycling.
We have worked closely with our supply chain partners to design out waste. Supply Chain Sustainability School workshops have also been run on the site.
The project won Gold at the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards 2015 and Silver at the 2013 Awards.
